THREE DAY TRIP 21 - 24th of April 2010
-One day on skis and night at the North Pole

To have been on the North Pole is a dream. Not for everyone, but for those of us who have been brought up on the deeds of Fridjof Nansen, Roald Amundsen and Robert Peary and who have felt the same desire to travel into the unknown. The pack ice, the cold and the light were the same then as now. What we don’t have to endure is the toil, the long march to get there and being away from the family and work for more than a few days.

This trip to the North Pole is a unique opportunity to experience the dramatic nature of the Arctic Ocean within the short time frame of three days. We travel to Longyearbyen April 6th and will use one day there to get acquainted with equipment and routines. We need to give every detail a good going over before heading north.
